Do you need to contact us about repairs or maintenance matters around the park? This email will go directly to our Service company, Castle Estates (block@castle-estates.co.uk).

Details to include when needing maintenance help:

• Include a picture of the job and position if you are able;
• Give specific details of everything that needs maintaining. If you are not sure, ask a neighbour what they think. If the contractor does not have all the details, they can only quote on the information provided.
  
  After the work has been carried out, please check it to make sure everything has been done that you expected to be done and to the right standard. If you are not happy, please let block@castle-estates.co.uk know as soon as you can.
  

Make a note of when you sent the email. If you have not heard within a month, please re-send and copy in mc@stedwardspark.org.
